- Christopher Le Added September 07, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Tried to closed my credit card account since 31 Jan 2020. To date my account is still not closed and almost impossible to get a hold of someone at their services centre. Instead of closing it they’ve now charged annual fees and interest in the fees. Then have put in default over $100!!!
When I could eventually get a hold of someone at the call centre, they said they can’t help me as the debt department will have to call me back. They never did.
