  I would give half a star if I could. Opened a business account with a special offer (Open account online, get no account fees for 12 months) Of course, I still got charged the fees. I called to enquire about this, and they said that they had never had any such offer. Which was funny seeing as it was actually still on their website at this time. This was never resolved and I kept paying the fees even after attending the branch to complete the ID check and showing them a screenshot. A year later, my business changed so I went into the branch to change the details. The woman there took my new business registration, and details, photocopied them and said it was all good. Later I noticed that my statements still had the wrong information on them. I called to enquire, and they said I had not changed my details with them. I beg to differ. They then told me that I couldn't change details in that manner so I must be mistaken. I went into the branch and asked to see my file. Guess what? All my correct paperwork was there. So now who is mistaken? No apology. I close the account. They cash out the balance, and destroy my cards. Later, I notice I am still receiving statements. I finally open one, and it shows a fair amount of debit. I call to enquire, and I am told I didn't close the account. Again, I beg to differ. I ask if the branch I attended was fake. They said someone used my card the next day, so the account was re-opened. I ask how that can happen with a destroyed card. They said it had not been destroyed. Funny that too, seeing as I witnessed it being destroyed. I tell them to close the damned account and stop bothering me. I'm guessing this is to be continued.
