  Typical KFC but fast food it isn't. They only take 2 orders at a time and when they are done, they take another 2. They must have a tracking system based on delivery within a certain time after ordering. Only cooking 2 at a time ensures they meet the time since order. Slow slow slow!!!!

  Ordered via the online app and waited in store for 20 minutes despite pressing "I'm here" on the app. Asked the cashier if my order was coming and was told that my order didn't go through the system. It was clear that he was suspicious of whether or not I actually ordered anything. This was incredibly disrespectful. I had to argue and show proof of purchase (order number on the KFC app and credit card transaction) before I received my order. After showing proof of purchase, I had to wait another 20 minutes for my food to arrive. Truly a terrible experience.
