  I have just rung your Subiaco store and the phone rang out twice. Telephone courtesy, which surely, being in that line of business would have you teach your staff to excuse yourself from the customer you are serving, (after all, they can see that the phone is ringing), ask them if they would mind waiting a moment while you take the call, and then answer the call with "I am serving a customer at the moment. Please give me your phone number and I will call you back as soon as possible".
  The telephone customer then knows that the phone they are ringing is the right number, .....that they too are important.....and that they will be given your full attention as soon as possible. NOW....RING THE TELEPHONE CUSTOMER BACK IMMEDIATELY....NOT LATER IN THE DAY, OR NOT AT ALL.
  The telephone customer can't see what you are up to.....whereas the shop customer can. There is nothing more infuriating than to be hanging on to a phone and wondering if one has been cut off, or forgotten.
  Being in the telephone business, it would be nice if you would have the courtesy of returning my call.
