  Use to be my 1 stop shop for tyres. I would always recommend them BUT
  things have changed!
  1. Lack of decent choice in tyre brands
  2. They now charge transport costs ON MOST tyres.

  Rick is the man! Had an accident and needed a replacement tyre before I went away on a trip. Rick made all the right contact to ensure my tyre would be delivered prior to my trip and when I called to confirm he had already arranged it all. Great work Rick 10/10

  Be aware of getting the right load index. I had no knowledge about this so i got the wrong ones. Katie who served me on customer service was quick to respond and helped me out on getting them replaced.

  Fantastic experience. Easy to use web site with a great selection of tyres at very competitive prices. They arranged for the tyres to be sent and fitted at a specialist centre close to where I live. My son recommended them to me and I would definitely recommend them to others.

  Have always purchased tyres from Tyresales but won’t be anymore as the business is designed to put you, as the consumer at a commercial disadvantage.
  
  Buyer beware. Even though Tyresales is part of the Carsales group, their tyre offerings are far more inferior than others due to being an online and volume based business.
  
  I purchased Yokohama Geolandar Tyres which have a standard Hazzard warranty or two years (the reason why I’m happy to pay the premium over other brands). As Tyresales is not a preferred dealer, they do not get this warranty and only 12 months that they provide their customers . My tyre bruised at 13 months (of course) and only found this out when it’s my first time I’ve had an issue with a Yokohama Tyre in 20 years.
  
  Support doesn’t work, they will pick up the phone only to instruct you to email them….which won’t be responded to.
  
  The response over the phone was that I as the consumer purchasing tyres from Tyresales should always read the fine print and that by purchasing tyres from them I have voluntarily elected to have an inferior warranty of that would be otherwise provided by the manufacturer of the tyre. I would not purchase tyres from here as the ambiguity over the difference between their offerings vs regular bricks and mortar tyre stores is too high and comes with too much effort for the sake of saving $10 per tyre, and now is going to cost me $360 for a new tyre that would have otherwise been covered under Yokohamas Road Hazzard Certificate.
  
  Edit 1/11/2021; have received a call from Yokohama direct at least they have good service and care, still would recommend Yokohama just not carsales won't be shopping there ever again.
